That was a perfect stay with my family. Told our room was upgraded to a deluxe family room as my parents are 90 and 92. That was a great gesture and it was very much appreciated. We were very happy about everything such as the room, the staff, the swimming pool, sauna, spa, breakfast. We were so impressed with the high-rise infinity swimming pool. The view from the pool is fantastic. We definitely want to stay there again.

we arrived earlier, the reception took care of our luggages and we left for a city tour. in the late afternoon, I got a call from the reception and said the check-in is done. this is fantastic. Hotel pool is very nice with a very good view. highly recommend.

The swimming pool and the inlet behind the hotel are the chief attractions at this hotel. We found a very nice coffee shop nearby, and the Anping tree house is an easy 15 minute walk away.

1.The shuttle bus service really helped us a lot, and the driver was also kind. 2.The facilities and the activities were good, we were having fun and creating lots of memories.

The room is very clean and facing the lake. Breakfast and dinner buffet are great， beyond our expection. 徐子淇 was great， she always greet and help us in ａ professional way.
